Details about the new plans, new prices and where to go for more
information     January 9, 2023 Dear Explorer, The 2023 Retail plans
and pricing are now available, this letter provides context about the
new prices and links to additional information.   To design the 2023
plans, we examined actual call data and studied patterns of use from
the last year. Our goal was to deliver a set of plans that align
closely with how the majority of people use the service.    Plans
range in price and features to meet the variety of use cases our
customers have demonstrated, from the basic to the complex. There are
nine new plans ranging from 15 to 800 monthly minutes. The 2023 Retail
Plans and Prices web page provides all of the details you’ll need to
understand the plan types.     For the first time, the price list
shows the full retail price. This is not what an individual will pay.
Aira will redirect a portion of our profits to offset the cost of an
individual Aira subscription, making the service more affordable for
more people. You can learn what your price will be after Aira’s
contribution by contacting Customer Care.   We are not asking for any
proof nor do we require any documentation to take advantage of the
reduced price. Aira will grant the offset based on your request alone.
Simply by contacting Customer Care and answering several questions,
you will be eligible.   For detailed information about the 2023 plans

these 2023 Frequently Asked Questions.    We will host a live webinar
about the 2023 plans and prices on Wednesday, January 11, 2023 3:00 PM
Pacific time. Please register in advance for this webinar at this
link. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email
containing information about joining the webinar.   We will continue
to monitor to be sure we are not only building a sustainable business,
