We are excited to announce the release of a new update to the 311SA
App in the coming days...

Dear 311SA Mobile App User,

We are excited to announce the release of a new update to the 311SA
App on Friday, January 13th. The updates include improvements to the
app's processing speed, response, and user experience!

It is important to note that the current version of the 311SA App will
stop working once the new update is released and available for
download in the stores. The latest version will be available for
download in the Google Play Store and the Apple App store.

Make sure you update to the latest version of the 311SA App by doing
one of the following:
1. Activate automatic updates from your device Settings sections.

2. When you receive the email announcing the release of the new 311SA
App later this week, make sure you click on the download button to be
redirected to the app store and manually update to the latest version.
