Hi Wendy,

Welcome to this month's Envision update. Highlights over the past
month include the launch of a pilot Subscription Edition of the
Envision Glasses in the US, Envision on the road, and the addition of
an Accessible QR code reader to the Envision App.

Envision Glasses Subscription Edition Pilot, US only

For those who want to avoid paying upfront for a pair of Envision
Glasses and any long-term commitments, we are excited to pilot a new
Subscription Edition of the Envision Glasses in the US.

For $150 per month, the Envision Subscription Edition provides the
choice to rent a pair of Envision Glasses with all feature updates
included (valued at $200 per year) plus the freedom to cancel the
subscription at any time.

This subscription is distinct from a rent-to-own service, offering
flexibility, exclusive upgrade options, exceptional service and free
replacements if at any time required.

Accessible QR Reader now on the Envision App

Envision and Zappar have collaborated to introduce the first
Accessible QR (AQR) code reader on the main menu of the Envision App.
Available on both iOS and Android, the AQRs are already printed on the
front of Persil washing tablets in the UK and will be rolling out onto
hundreds and thousands of more products around the world over the
coming months. From being able to more easily locate products
in-store, AQRs leverage smartphone accessibility features to provide
access to a wealth of product information such as user instructions,
product contents or ingredients, safety warnings, and promotions.

Envision App Tip of the Month: How to Read Handwriting

Did you know that the Envision App can read handwritten text? although
a doctor’s note might not make the cut! This is not a separate
feature but it is built right into the Scan Text feature. Simply grab
a handwritten note, birthday card or even a postcard and scan it by
using the Scan Text feature.
