[NFBSATX] NFB state convention chapter assistance requirements and submission information

Good morning everybody,

Below you will find the requirements for submission and qualifications
that must be met for chapter assistance to the state NFB convention
this year. Please pay close attention since all conditions must be met
before the stipend is given even after qualifying. The chapter will
award up to five dues paying chapter members $100  who meet the
following requirements:
1. You must be a chapter member who has either attended at least 3
chapter meetings and one chapter event or at least 4 chapter meetings
this year
2. you need to send a paragraph stating what you hope to get out of
the convention to the following email: wwalker at nfbtx.org no later than
5PM Friday, October 27

Those who qualify must do the following:
1. Attend all general sessions in person and the banquet
2. Give a couple minutes report at our November chapter meeting on
your experience

You will not receive the $100 until the banquet and if all conditions
are not followed through on you will be disqualified from future
assistance. This was voted on by the chapter as a way to ensure the
chapter is spending its money on those members who are both involved
and who will get the most out of convention.

Those who qualify will be notified on Saturday, October 28 by email.
