[NFBSATX] accessibility issue on latest update to VIA Go Mobile+ app

For those of you who use the VIA Go Mobile+ app to pay for rides on
VIA paratransit the last update to Apple devices broke accessibility
so do not update it if you haven't already. If you have issues please
contact VIA customer service at 210-362-2020 and report it. This is a
major bug and the more people who report it the better. Only report if
you are actually having the issue.
