[NFBSATX] Stop the Bleed cfirst aid class reminder

Just a reminder:
Join us at the Fire Academy Saturday, September 23 at 9AM located at
300 S Callaghan for a one hour first aid training called Stop The
Bleed. Everybody is welcome, you do not have to be a chapter member to
attend the training. This is a free class put on by the San Antonio
Fire Department.
