Afternoon Yoga at the
Washington Talking Book&Braille Library

The Washington Talking Book&Braille Library welcomes you to join us at the Library with Blind and Low Vision Yoga Seattle for a one hour yoga class where both joyful movement and meditation are part of the experience.

Beginning February, the class will be from 4:00 pm-5:00 pm every other Wednesday. February dates are Wednesday 2/6 and 2/20.It is recommended that you bring a small towel and water bottle. Mats are provided.
