[Nfbsf] Volunteer Typist

All:
I'm not sure if my message went through, or whatever the case may be, but I am wanting to be sure that the notes that we are talking about here are the type that are a little different from the notes that we might want to write at a meeting or in class?
Are these notes? Or recaps of a sentence that someone says? Or must everything be written verbatim? 
I'm just asking because I'm curious, as others might be.
