[Nfbsf] February chapter meeting minutes

The time  of our SF chapter meeting doesn’t agree with my current schedule. I’m sure you know the feeling :)

 Our Community Service Division  has much to give and gain in order to help support our chapters and our affiliate in our shared goals within the movement.
