[Nfbsf] Next Chapter Meeting: Elections, Washington Seminar Recap and more

Hi Ed,

While we did agree that we wanted to raise the dues, we have to vote to amend the chapter constitution, which means the higher dues won’t take affect until 2019 if enacted.
