[NFBSF] Recommendations on a Rehab counselor in the East Bay

Hi all,

 

A friend who has newly moved to the East Bay was asking for recommendations
on local BFS councelors.

 

 

Since I haven't been in the system for a couple of years, I'd appreciate
your thoughts and recommendations.
