[NFBSF] Help with Braille Storytime in Oakland

Sorry about that send before i was ready! 

What is braille story time?
The idea of doing a braille story time came up in October and we were doing disability awareness month. I reached out to my connections in Oakland and found us a library that would enjoy us coming to read books in Braille. Their story time is kids ages 0 to 8 and includes a few songs in addition to the books. 

Who: anyone interested in helping out! You don’t have to read braille in order to come and help and represent NFB. 

When: Braille storytime will be on March 31 Tuesday. We will try to arrive at 6:30 storytime starts at seven and runs until 7:45 PM event should be completely over by 8 PM. 

Where: Diamond branch of the Oakland library. 3565 Fruitvale Ave, Oakland, CA 94602  

Other needs:
We are also looking for Braille books with illustrations for kids if anyone has a few of these in their house please bring them to the next meeting on February 14 or March 10th or give them to Amy at the lighthouse. We could also use an additional Perkins Brailer because we were going to type the names of the children in braille.
