[NFBSF] work-around requested for accessing audio described Macy's Parade

Hi All: 

 

I cut the chord about 6 months ago. Any TV I have comes from Pecock and
other services that are free or low-cost and stream their shows over the
internet. I understand that material, including the Macy's Parade, streamed
over the internet doesn't have SAAP access. Are there any work-arounds? If
so, what are they and how best to use the work-around?
