To all interested individuals, please be advised of the following concerning
Monday's Blind Advisory Committee meeting concerning DOR and their response
to sexual assault at residential training centers. 

 

You do not have to be a BAC member to participate. DOR letter follows:

Hello Members of the BAC and other interested parties,

 

The meeting scheduled for June 21 for the BAC Taskforce on DOR's response to
allegations of sexual misconduct has been canceled and rescheduled to July
16 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

 

Elena Gomez, Deputy Director, SSD  and Chris Fendrick, Chair of the BAC,
agreed that this is the best course of action.

 

A new agenda and the necessary meeting materials will be forwarded as soon
as possible.
