*Voyagers Wetlands Restoration Walk*

Voyagers will be taking a virtual walk through a local wildlife refuge, Don
Edwards SF Wildlife Refuge
<https://www.fws.gov/refuge/don_edwards_san_francisco_bay/>, is a refuge
for millions of migratory birds and endangered species. Created in 1972,
the refuge was created to protect the local ecosystem from the impact of
population and development growth that started with the Gold Rush. As we
adventure along the Mallard Slough Trail, we will learn about the Native
American’s who previously lived in the area, endangered species, ongoing
restoration projects to protect and maintain this beautiful land!



When: Thursday, March 11, from 3:30PM - 4:30PM

Who: Youth living with vision loss, all ages
