Voyagers and Youth of Tomorrow Group Tandem Bike Ride!
Get ready for summer with a fun-filled tandem bike ride in Mountain View!
We will embark on a group tandem bike ride, walk/run around the lake, and
end the afternoon with a tasty, healthy picnic. We are excited to partner
with Bay Area Outreach and Recreation Program (BORP <http://borp.org>),
experts in adaptive sports and recreation.
Tandem cycling is a fun and easy to learn activity that enables the thrill
of traveling at fast speeds and teaches balance and coordination. Youth
will gain confidence through outdoor exploration and athletic activities.
In addition to tandem cycling, we will have a nature walk for those who
enjoy more grounded exercise. We are excited to meet, mingle and get to
know each other while having fun in the community at the same time!
