The LightHouse for the Blind and Visually Impaired in San Francisco (

is undergoing a strategic planning process to plan for the next 5 years. We
are writing to ask for your engagement in completing a brief, 13-question 

survey

 linked below. The survey should take about 5 to 10 minutes to complete.

A summary of survey responses will be provided to the LightHouse board and
staff to inform the strategic planning process. As your input is highly

we will be choosing one random survey respondent to receive a $100 gift
