For Immediate Release: May 16, 2017

The deadline to register to vote in Virginia’s June 13 Democratic or Republican Primary Election is Monday, May 22. In Alexandria, the June ballots each include contests for Governor and Lt. Governor. Virginia voters do not register by political party and may vote in either primary but not both.

You may check your registration at <https://vote.elections.virginia.gov/> https://vote.elections.virginia.gov or by contacting <mailto:voters at alexandriava.gov> voters at alexandriava.gov or 703.746.4050.

Address Updates

Voter information letters for new or transferred registrants will be mailed within one week of the registration date.
