Good evening!

 

So, what do you all think? We won’t have a meeting to discuss this before the October 12 deadline to request a table… Should the Greater Alexandria Chapter have half a table? If so, will people be willing to help staff it? What should we offer folks who come by? Information? $10 bills? 

 

Thoughts are welcome.

Is your Chapter interested in participating in the State Convention Exhibit Hall on Friday November 3?  Interested chapters will be provided with half of an exhibit table to use however they want.  The chapters that request exhibit space can determine how they want to use their allotted space, and who from their chapter will be at the table during the exhibit hours.  Interested Chapters must send me an e-mail no later than October 12 to reserve space.  The e-mail needs to contain:

 

o   Chapter/Division name

o   Name, e-mail and phone number for the Chapter’s or Division’s contact person. 

o   Brief description of what you will be doing. 

o   Indicate whether you will need access to an electrical outlet.  You must provide your own power strip.  Bringing your own heavy duty extension cord is strongly encouraged.

 

Attached to this message is the Chapter and Division Exhibit Invitation which includes important details about exhibiting and registering to exhibit.  Please do not hesitate to contact me if I can be of further assistance.
