NFBV SPECIAL HOTEL DISCOUNTED ROOM RATE EXPIRE OCTOBER 18 !!

The 2010 Convention of the National Federation of the Blind of Virginia will
be held November 12 through 14, 2010 at the Marriott Fairview Park hotel,
located at 3111 Fairview Park Drive, Falls Church, Virginia 22042.  

 

This is a reminder that time to make hotel reservations to take advantage of
the special discounted NFBV state convention rate and availability is
growing short. You must make your reservation before and by not later than
Monday, October 18th. To make hotel reservations, call Marriott Worldwide
Reservations at (800) 228-9290 or the hotel directly at (703) 849-9400.  The
room rate for convention attendee's is $65 plus taxes per night.  When you
call to make your reservation, make sure to tell them that you are a part of
the NFBV and are attending the NFBV convention so that you will receive the
special convention rate.  The deadline to make hotel reservations is October
18, 2010.  After the deadline, there is no guarantee that you will get a
room at the convention hotel.


An excellent program is being finalized and will be announced shortly. This
is the NFBV event of the year: timely education and special sessions,
including an unique technology and student track programs, networking,
visits with exhibitors, and an event you do not want to miss. So, take
action today to be there! reserve your hotel accommodations by October 18,
and pre-register for the convention by November 1. The sooner the better!
