Good afternoon,

I am a recruiter for MedQuery, a national marketing research agency that

works with pharmaceutical companies by conducting research studies and focus

groups.  A physician from your local area referred me to your group.  We
have an upcoming research study looking for feedback from patients with

severe Dry Age-Related Macular Degeneration (Dry AMD).  Their feedback is

Should the patients qualify based on their initial responses, a MedQuery

staff member will contact them to ask additional questions to see if they

ultimately fit within the study's quotas.  Should they qualify, they will

receive $75 for completing a 60-minute telephone interview.  Please let me
