I am writing to let you all know of the passing of Earl Everett's mother,
Dorothy Branch.  Earl is a long time member of the Richmond chapter where he
currently serves as chapter secretary.  He is also a member of our
affiliates current class of leadership fellows.  Details of the funeral are
as follows.
