[Nfbv-announce] Documentation required for reimbursement requests

Good morning all,

I am sending out this announcement as a reminder to all who are requesting
travel reimbursements from our affiliate.

When requesting reimbursement for travel on Amtrak, make sure that you
receive and submit an actual receipt from Amtrak for your travel.  Many
individuals are requesting reimbursement and are submitting a copy of their
ticket but not submitting a receipt which shows the cost of the ticket.
When purchasing a ticket from Amtrak, request a copy of a receipt and not
just the ticket.

Remember that reimbursements can not be made without the proper receipts.
