[Nfbv-announce] Virginia Table Volunteers

 Hello Virginia Federation Family, I want to thank you all that have volunteered to sit at the Welcome Table on Monday July 2nd. I will begin scheduling times right after the Welcome Table Committee meets on the 18th. There is still time to volunteer if you know you will be in Orlando on July 2nd. There are still times available after 3 pm.
However, that is not why I am writing today. As you may know, the agenda for National Convention should be available in a few days. That will be when we know the schedule for the Exhibit Hall. While the Exhibit Hall is open each state affiliate has their own table. At that table we get to meet and greet other fellow Federationists and their guests, sell our products (our peanuts are always a big hit,) and be an overall ambassador for our affiliate. With the exception of the General Sessions, the Exhibit Hall is the main hub of the convention. 
Why am I telling you all this? Because you have an opportuny to be part of this. We are looking for Virginia members to take shifts sitting at the Virginia. The Table will probably operate 4 or 5 days of the convention so as of now all shift and days are available. This is an event that I hope we will all sign up to be a part of. I have made several new friends and had great networking opportunities from working at the Virginia Table or visiting the other state affiliat tables.
