Hi, I sent Tracy a draft response to get his input. The idea here though is that we acknowledge people's busy schedules and plan accordingly. At minimum, we're looking at quarterly meetings with deliverables in between, but the deliverables would be well within the person's availability. I hope that makes sense? Joe
