[NFBV-Announce] Two Scholarship Opportunities from the Winchester Chapter

> The Winchester Chapter is pleased to announce two different scholarship opportunities.
> The Amy Barns scholarship for any legally blind student attending a Shenandoah Valley area college for the year 2019 into 2020. The amount of the scholarship is $1000. The Shirley Guess K 12 scholarship for any legally blind student attending any Winchester City or Fredric County school in the amount of $1000. This would enable the student to sign up for any activities of their choice or any type of educational needs.
