[NFBV-Announce] Updates on Washington Seminar

> Dear Virginia members,

> I have a few updates on  Washington Seminar. We are still working hard to get appointments confirmed with Virginia representatives. We plan on  confirming all appointments and sending out team assignments, along with team leaders, to those of you who are attending Washington Seminar by Friday, February 7.
>  
> Also, this year, we will have a Virginia caucoss immediately following the Great Gathering In on Monday, February 10th. It will be in a corner of the overflow room so please head over there right after the Gathering In and listen for the Virginia group. At this brief caucoss, we will hand out folders with the fact sheets and other materials to team leaders, make sure everyone is on  a team and knows who their team lead is, make sure everyone knows where to go for appointments, and answer any other questions people may have.

> Lastly, we invite  you all to attend a congressional reception that will be held  the evening of Tuesday, February 11 from 5:30 to 7 PM at the Russell Senate Office Building Kennedy Caucus Room (room 325). You can attend this reception even if you are not able to join us on Capitol Hill for appointments. Several representatives will be  joining NFB members at this reception and will be  speaking. Light hors d’oeuvres will be available at the reception as well.
