[NFBV-Announce] Day 13 of Black History Month

Hey NFB Family and Friends,

 

We are traveling through history and through time with our Black Empowerment
Committee.  Here is day 13th.  Enjoy!

 

Recently, we learned about a lady by the name of Nance Legins-Costley of
Illinois and while she wasn't originally on our Black History Month list, we
felt that her story should still be shared anyway and with as many people as
possible. It is a long read but we promise that it is worth the time spent.
