Logistics and Marketing Coordinator


15 hours a week with quarterly weekend-long program spikes (telework
possible)

*	Track and manage service authorizations, invoices, and billing notes
with funders and key stakeholders
*	Develop reports for individual students against approved
authorizations within a timely manner
*	Develop a document repository process to track all materials,
reports, assessments and other program-related materials
*	Manage logistics for in-person, virtual, and weekend-long events,
including check-in of students, transportation coordination, meals and
lodging, and other related organizational tasks
*	Schedule student intakes, state agency meetings, and other relevant
sessions, including transportation, agenda development, and calendar
invites, as necessary

*       Set specific marketing goals through the monitoring and maintenance
of social media accounts flier distribution, conference attendance, and
other key outreach efforts

*       Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with mission and
vision of Project RISE to expand student reach across the Commonwealth of
Virginia

*       Develop digital campaigns to broaden awareness

*       Build relationships in coordination with the Program Coordinator to
strengthen awareness of Project RISE through community members, including
TVIs, O&M instructors, teachers, etc.

*       Research market to identify new and innovative opportunities

*       Manage Project RISE webpage

*       Maintain and document knowledge of federal and state requirements
and preferred practices for pre-employment transition services through
professional development opportunities such as workshops, seminars,
webinars, cadre or conference participation, or any other opportunities
available 

 


Requirements for Personnel Contractors


All those contracted to provide services are required to go through a
background check, performed by the state of Virginia.

If awarded a contract, individuals will be providing services subject to the
terms outlined in the independent contract.

The compensation will be provided on a monthly basis and excludes additional
benefits of any kind.
