No, we are not Sigmund Freud and we will not analyze your dreams.

Our convention theme is Unlocking Our Possibilities.

In our NFB One Minute Message, we state, "Low Expectations create obstacles
between blind people and our dreams."

We want to know what you dream is possible.

 

We are asking members to call my NFB National Center Voicemail (410)
659-9314 then dial extension 2020 to record a quick voicemail message about
what you dream is possible.

 

We want short messages which provide just your name and what you dream is
possible.

 

We are using a structure:

I am Name

I dream of this or that.

 

For example, I might record one that states:

I'm Tracy Soforenko

I dream of full access for blind people to the content on the Internet

 

Or, another example

I'm tracy Soforenko

I dream employers could see past my blindness to see what I can do for their
bottom line.

 

We want a quick, snappy 20 second definition of a possibility.

 

The deadline for recording your message is Wednesday, October 27 at 7:00 PM.

 

You need to call my NFB National Center voicemail at 410 659-9314 extension
2020 to leave your message. The National center voicemail system will send
me the recording as an audio file that our Zoom Hosts will play on Friday
night.

We will also accept audio or video messages  that you email to me.

 

Take a few minutes to think of an idea and act quick to share your thoughts
with us. It is helpful if it is important to you and it is OK to be
personal. However, we are explicitly not asking for life stories, just what
you hope is possible.
