[NFBV-Announce] NFBV23: Publishing the Final Agenda for our upcoming convention

We are excited to share the agenda for our 2023 National Federation of the
Blind of Virginia convention scheduled for November 2-5.

Key differences since we published the draft in September.

*	Zoom access details are provided
*	Select agenda items are further defined to list panelists and
participants.
*	Some rooms have changed.
*	A comprehensive listing of sponsors/exhibitors is provided at the
end of the agenda. We will have an exciting exhibit hall and low vision
resource fair on Friday afternoon.
