[NFBV-Announce] Room Reservation Error Fixed

Did you hear the one about the guy and gal who tried to reserve a room at
our convention hotel and were getting charged $107 instead of $92? Well, the
issue has been addressed. If you had already made a reservation, the rates
have been manually adjusted on the back end. If you were waiting for the
issue to get fixed, you're now free to reserve your room.
