Good day my fellow lovely Federationists,

 

Please join the Fairfax chapter this Saturday the 19th of September at the Casual Pint of Dunn Loring for an interactive discussion of leadership and what it means to us all.

 

Leadership is not limited to a job title or board position. It shows up in how we support one another, solve problems, speak up, and help move our community forward.

 

Where and When:

📅 Saturday, September 19
⏰ 11:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m.
📍 The Casual Pint of Dunn Loring, 2676 Avenir Place, Unit F, Fairfax, VA 22031 (near the Dunn Loring–Merrifield Metro station).

 

We’ll gather in small groups to explore questions such as:

*	What makes someone a good leader?
*	What leadership qualities have made a difference in your life?
*	What is one leadership skill you would like to strengthen?

 

This will not be a lecture or formal workshop. It will be an opportunity to share experiences, learn from one another, and enjoy good conversation in a relaxed setting.

Whether you already consider yourself a leader or are still discovering how you want to contribute, your perspective belongs in the conversation.

We welcome you in for what will most likely be a fun and inviting conversation!
