[NFBV-Fairfax] Announcing 2022 - 2023 chapter officers

The Fairfax Chapter of the National Federation of the Blind of Virginia is pleased to announce its officers elected at the November 17, 2022 chapter meeting.

The officers are:
John Bailey, President;
John Scroggs, Vice President;
Jay Berk, Treasurer;
And Annette Carr, board member.
