[NFBV-Fairfax] Board Meeting Sunday

	Good day everyone, and virtual hugs to all who are impacted by the government shutdown . . . one way or another, that’s all of us.
On Sunday, at 5:00 PM, feel free to join the 
Fairfax Chapter board for our monthly meeting.
We will be discussing the results of tomorrow’s Braille event at Skyline House, any updates for our Blindness Equality Achievement Month event later this month, will take any requests for assistance to attend the state convention, and will discuss a joint town hall with our sibling chapters, and a reminder to all that registration pricing goes up after October 7, so if you have not registered, now is the time.
I will be appointing a Nominating Committee for next month's elections. If you want to run for a position, or would like to nominate someone, (talk to them first), you will be directed to contact a Nominating Committee member.
