Meeting called to order

8 members present – not a quorum

Roy Murphy needs thoughts and prayers

Minutes from December meeting read – accepted

Addendum read – accepted

Treasurer’s report

Dues are $5 per year and are due

Treasurer’s report – accepted

Richmond Seminar

       January 18 – January 19

Washinton Seminar

       January 25 – January 28

       Holiday Inn 550 C Street SW

Be sure to keep all receipts for treasury, audit

There has been a fund set up in Cynthia’s name to help interns

Fundraising ideas –

       Sell candy – to be discussed in February meeting

       Saturday in April – walk with the Blind

 

Next meeting 3rd Saturday of February – February 20 at the library from10-12pm
