[NFBV-Historic-Fredericksburg] beware of messages from Richard Byrne

Do not respond to messages from Dick asking for help by purchasing something
like Amazon gift cards and sending to someone else.  these are scams and not
legitimate from Dick appearing to be from NFB of Fredericksburg!

Do not forward or reply to the messages.  Delete the messages.  Dick does
