I'm sending this to John and Tracy as well, in case they moderate the list and send out your original email to PC Announce.

I took another look at your volunteer announcement and strongly suggest that you delete the sentence:  "You do not need to fill out the references information unless you will be directly working with the BELL kids."  Assume that all of your volunteers, even those doing lunch delivery, may work with the students at some point, even if it's just taking them to the restroom in a pinch.

Hello all, the month of August is around the corner, and as such so is our BELL program!

Now is the time to volunteer your time, Braille skills, Cane skills, and anything else you can think will be of great use for our BELL kids.

Below are a list of roles which you might find fit you well. Please fill out the application attached, and return by July 1 for scheduling priority to alexandera.castillo at gmail.com. You do not need to fill out the references information unless you will be directly working with the BELL kids. There will be a mandatory Training on Sunday July 30 if you are volunteering  directly with the children.

If you have any questions just go ahead and give me a call, anytime after 5PM at 917.532.7439.

•	Braille readers for story time
•	Volunteers for our 2 field trips
•	Runners for picking up every day items
•	Volunteers to work with our kids (any volunteers working directly
with the children must go through a mandatory background check)
•	Drivers for our field trips
