Hello Colleagues,

See below about some of us observing the important vote on HR620 tomorrow morning.

Sandy and I are going and will be at the south entrance (official House of Representatives entrance) at 9:30 am.

Seating appears to be limited but a couple more participants will be  appreciated.

Can you distribute this message right away to our Potomac, Fairfax, and Greater Alexandria chapter members.
Sorry for the late notice. If you can make it to the Capitol for the vote on Thursday morning, it would be great if we can show the members of the House of Representatives we are united in opposition to HR 620. Please call John Pre if you can attend for details on meeting up so we can all be sitting together. I will not personally be able to attend.

Subject: H.R. 620 Vote

Dear Sharon, Shawn, and Tracy:

The House of Representatives will vote on H.R. 620 tomorrow morning. Overall debate begins at 9:00 a.m., with votes on amendments and the final bill beginning at approximately 11:15. While we did not learn about this final scheduling until earlier today, we are hoping that each of you can get three to five members to sit in the gallery. We are hoping that members could arrive between 9:30 and 10:00 a.m. Members should call either me or Kyle when they arrive so that we can get the gallery passes to them. My cell phone is 410-917-1965 and Kyle’s is 240-723-6174.

I am sorry this is so last minute, but hope that you are able to find some members that are available.
