[NFBV-Potomac-Announce] Door Prize Donations

Hello,

At our October meeting, we forgot to allocate funds for door prizes at our upcoming Virginia State convention.

To remedy this, I would like to hold a brief telephone board meeting on Monday evening October 29 at 7:30 pm.  I apologize for the short notice but did not want to make a unilateral decision on this matter.

My thoughts, two $20 prizes during general sessions and a $60 prize during the banquet to honor our diamond anniversary.

Of course, others not on the board are welcome to comment or join us on Monday.

If we do not have a quorum for Monday, I will decide based upon the votes received from the board before Monday's meeting plus the votes at the meeting.

Other suggestions are appreciated.

Remember that we are also giving a chocolate Capitol Building and Pentagon from Cosco as part of the chapter initiative on prizes related to a chapter's location.
