A message from Karla Gilbride’s Metro Washington Association of Blind Athletes

Hi all,



Goalball practice is back at the Columbia Heights Community Center this Saturday, October 5, from 10 AM-1 PM. Hope you can join us!



During the fall our Eyes Free Yoga classes will both be happening on the first Sunday of each month, which means this coming Sunday, October 6. The class at Bluebird Sky Yoga in Brookland will be taught by Kelsey, and the class at Willow Street Yota in Silver Spring will be taught by Diana. So please come out to whichever location is more convenient for you. Here are the full details:

Eyes Free Yoga in DC: Sunday, October 6 at Bluebird Sky, 3101 12th St. NE, from 3:15-4:45 PM

Eyes Free Yoga in Maryland: Sunday, October 6 at Willow Street, 7561 Fenton Street, Silver Spring, MD from 3:15-4:45 PM


Last but not least, it’s time to sign up for the next adaptive rock climbing session with Catalyst, which will take place at Sportrock in Alexandria on Sunday, October 20 from 4:30-6:30 PM.
