Department of Homeland Security; helped found the Greater Fredericksburg
Chapter of the NFB of Virginia where he served as Chapter Vice President and
President; and volunteers with several local organizations including Knights
of Columbus and the Fredericksburg Historical Society.

 

Impacting the Lives of Virginia's Blind:  Charlie Brown, Chairman, Board for
Business Opportunities for the Blind; Advisory Commission for Virginia's "No
Wrong Door" program; and elected member of the Council of the Senior Lawyers
Division, American Bar Association.

 

Guiding Young Minds in Church, Wanda Taylor, [church name] and [name of
