[NFBV-Winchester] Location of the Park Bench

Please see below the copied email that I received from Samantha with the park services.
Hi Chris, the bench is located along the par course that goes throughout the park. It is closest to the Optimist Shelter at the first hill crest on the path walking toward the War Memorial Building. I spoke with Ms. Kelsey this afternoon and she stopped by it today! I hope many members are able to enjoy the bench. Thank you again for donating the bench!!
