[NFBV-Winchester] Update on Park Bench, Jim Barnett Park

Hello everyone,
I heard from Paula today along with the Park service at the Park Bench in the memory of Amy Barns with the National Federation of the Blind has been installed. Paula advised me that she was walking up the hill and noticed that the new bench was placed.
If you have time, please visit the park and walk the trail. There's a plaque in her memory that mentions the Federation.
