> Yes, it’s time to party and have fun. But I hope you will take a moment at your chapter holiday party to mention the Richmond Seminar and solicit participants. For your convenience, I have listed the pertinent information below. 
> Our major issue is improving the accessibility of technology used by K-12 students, college students, state employees, and users of Virginia government resources
> When: Monday January 16 is the board meeting and review of legislative agenda. Tuesday January 17 is the date to meet with Legislators
> Where:  Board meeting held at DBVI and stay at Holiday Inn Richmond.  Don’t forget to make reservations by January 5
> Chapter  presidents will arrange transportation; hotel costs are reimbursed.
> People interested in attending need to let chapter presidents know and chapter presidents need to send Bonnie O’Day a list of attendees by January 3.

> Email sent November 10 has all the details, including link for reservations and the reimbursement form,  but please let me know if you need it sent to you again.
