April Agenda Summarize below:


-  Call to Order

- Recite NFB pledge:  pledge to participate actively in the efforts of the
National Federation of the Blind to achieve equality, opportunity, and
security for the blind; to support the policies and programs of the
Federation; and to abide by its constitution.”

- Go around and ask everyone how they're doing (ice breaker)

- Vote on meeting minutes and treasurer’s report

- Discuss May 17 NFB of Virginia Board of Directors meeting at Immanuel
Baptist Church, Mizpah  Room, 3601 Monument Avenue, Richmond, VA. On
Saturday, May 17, 2025 and chapter contributions:

   - White Cane (General Fund)
   - Jernigan Fund (For First Time Convention Attendance Scholarships)
   - Shares Unlimited in the NFB (SUN or Rainy Day) Fund
   - Ten Broek (Building) Fund

-Discuss partnership with the Lions club to ride on their parade float, May
3rd at 12:30

-Discuss feedback from tour to the museum of the Shenandoah valley

- Discuss Membership requests and member to member information

-Discuss National convention
