[NFBV-Winchester] Virtual meeting April 19th

Hello chapter family and friends,

Due to various factors in play we've decided to have our meeting be
entirely virtual on the 19th. We will not be meeting at sollenberger's. I
will include instructions on how to either login or call in virtually
further in this email.

Also a decision has been made a postpone our meeting in May on the 17th in
lieu of the board meeting that will take place that day in richmond.
Everyone from the chapter is encouraged to attend and we can work on
providing transportation if we have several people that will be attending.
This will be discussed further at our virtual meeting on the 19th. If there
are any questions or concerns about these updates please reach out to me.
