Hi NFBV Board Delegates,



I am looking forward to the Saturday, May 17, NFB of Virginia Board of
Directors meeting  and the great work we will do together.

For efficiency, it will really help if you review the attached 4 documents,
which are unchanged from last year. These documents were last reviewed and
approved on May 11, 2024. I am providing to you in this message as
attachments.

A fifth policy, the Accommodations policy was reviewed and approved in
January so we are covered for 2025 and do not need to review it again in
2025.

For time efficiency, if we can individually read these documents in advance
so we don’t need to read each policy together in the meeting, it will
really help us get through our content. We are glad to address questions,
but I am trying to avoid a public read through of each of the policies.



Our national best practices request that our board approve them each year.
I am trying to get this accomplished at the May meeting each year because
the May meeting has a little more room on the agenda.

If you have questions, we want to hear them.

Sandy will be ready to read portions of the document if needed.
