July Agenda Summarize below:


-  Call to Order

- Recite NFB pledge:  pledge to participate actively in the efforts of the
National Federation of the Blind to achieve equality, opportunity, and
security for the blind; to support the policies and programs of the
Federation; and to abide by its constitution.”

- Go around and ask everyone how they're doing (ice breaker)

- Vote on meeting minutes and treasurer’s report

- Discuss highlights from NFB National Convention

- Discuss State Convention and transportation:

the 67th annual State Convention of the National Federation of the Blind of
Virginia will be held Thursday, October 30 through Sunday, November 2,
2025, at the:

Wyndham Virginia Beach Oceanfront Hotel
5700 Atlantic Ave.,
Virginia Beach, VA 23451
The affiliate has secured very competitive nightly room rates of $109 plus
tax.

Registration should open by mid-July

-Discuss summer outing and location

-Speaking at Orchard Village August 7th around 1pm

- all other Chapter business

The minutes from June are attached, and the treasurer's report will be sent
out in a separate email.
