[nfbwatlk] Washington Seminar Representation for 2009

It strikes me that I was a bit cryptic in my message below.
If people wish to be part of the NFB of Washington delegation to the
2009 Washington Seminar on their own dime, I welcome them. The reason I
asked to be informed (below) was so we could coordinate our efforts --
appointments and such.
